Ah, my dream come true...to attend the national Air Guitar Championship. This year's fest was held at New York's Bowery Ballroom and there was but one rule: the guitar can be acoustic or electric, but must be invisible, though you can use a guitar pick. Contestants appearing were Count Rockula, Psycho Dave, and Nordic Thunder. America will be represnted this year by the winner, Craig "Hot Lixx Hulahan" Billmeier in Oulu, Finland from September 6-8. I would give anything to go. I wish they would sell cds of the songs the contestants air guitar to.
