So Oprah's not gay with her best friend Gayle King. It would be a whole lot cooler if she was; that would make her the richest lesbian in all the world. In the August issue of O magazine, Oprah discusses her thirty year friendship with Gayle, one that survives with four-times-daily phone calls (does she call Stedman that much?) and said, "...I get why people have to label it — how can you be this close without it being sexual? Something about this relationship feels otherworldly to me, like it was designed by a power and a hand greater than my own. Whatever this friendship is, it’s been a very fun ride.” A fun ride? US Weekly.com in their report of this story commented, "Heh, she said 'ride'." Also, thanks to Perez Hilton for the flashback to a fat, froed, hideously dressed Oprah.
